But now!

A Resurrection Day Message

“The” single, greatest, event to ever occur in human history was God entering humanity in the person of Jesus Christ. His incarnation, life, death, burial and resurrection were a pivotal point for humanity.

Will you turn?

Thirty-three (33) years in time.

Time, a gift given to us by a loving, merciful, God to allow us a place to heal and be rescued.

Time is “outside” the camp, “outside” the garden, outside of eternity, “outside” of God’s realm.

God came “outside” to rescue us.

If Adam, who sinned in God’s presence had gotten what he deserved, all of us would be “outside” with no hope.

But now…

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5)

God the Son left heaven, took on human flesh, lived our life, died our death, raised to life so He could do the same for us. That’s the promise. 10 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, He will give life to your mortal bodies by the same Spirit living in you. (Romans 6:10-11).

A small window of time that’s closing as we speak.

But now…

behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” (2 Corinthians 6:2)

May your epitaph never be: “A waste of time”.

Happy Resurrection Day!
